Realizzata tra il 1803 e il 1834, si trova sul percorso da fare per raggiungere l'ultima cappella, posta all'interno del Santuario. Il progettista fu l'architetto Francesco Argenti di Viggiù; al centro è posta la statua, opera di Gaetano Monti di Ravenna. Erbaut: 1803
