Terminata nel 1623, presenta al suo interno il classico Presepe composto da 14 statue in terracotta di Martino Retti. Gli affreschi sono di Nuvolone. All'esterno, nel 1983, è stato realizzato un ampio dipinto realizzato da Renato Guttuso.
